About KazTrack

KazTrack is a GitHub-native project-management and delivery workspace. Instead of maintaining a separate board that slowly drifts away from your code, KazTrack sits on top of GitHub — your repositories, pull requests, issues, and labels stay in sync, so there is only ever one source of truth.

What we believe

Delivery tooling should live where the work already happens. Engineers shouldn't have to re-key status into a second system, managers shouldn't have to chase updates, and QA shouldn't have to guess what's ready to test. When the board reflects the repository automatically, everyone spends less time on coordination and more time shipping.

What KazTrack does

  • Project management on GitHub — sprints, pull requests, issues, and milestones, with workflow states that sync back to GitHub labels both ways.
  • Working-time tracking — start/stop timers on the work itself, then report by tester, day, repository, pull request, and label.
  • AI-native via MCP — a built-in MCP server lets Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP client operate the workspace with your exact permissions.
  • Quality & collaboration — test cases and suites, real-time collaborative docs, granular role-based access control, and one-click deploys to Forge and xCloud.
